Notice to Patients

We have been made aware that a telephone scam is in operation in the local area at the moment, where a person claiming to be from a doctors surgery is calling asking for personal information, such as name, date of birth, address etc.

These calls have come from a number associated with London and are not genuine. The majority of our outgoing calls will flag as the surgery number which is 01924669960 or will show on your mobile as caller ID Wellington House Surgery.

We would advise patients to be vigilant and if you are in any doubt as to whether a call is genuinely from the Practice, please terminate the call and ring the surgery back to verify you are speaking with us.
